- Your name, email address, a phone number, and your username.
- Your operating system version and service pack If known.
- Web browser version.
- Any error messages you received.
- A description of the steps used to reproduce the problem you are experiencing.
- If possible attach a screen capture of the error message.
- The address of the website you are accessing.
A customer service representative should contact you within 1 business day.
